CARD is digitally equipped having well experienced staff, in-depth knowledge about grassroots situations under climate change and aggregation of input and output. More than ten thousand distress households from more than seventy villages having confidence in the staff to resolve their issues. CARDs office is the focal point for the meeting of the farmers, researchers and women SHGs.
